- Skype Terms of Use Reveal Forthcoming Video Messaging Feature Descriptions in an update to Skype's terms of use divulge a few new details about video messaging in the forthcoming Skype for Windows 8. Sending and receiving video messages will be unlimited for Premium users, while free users will have an unspecified cap for video messages sent.
